Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®)

1. What is QHHT - Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique?

QHHT, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a beautiful and healing experience, that involves connecting with the Superconscious/High Self/Universal Wisdom to get information that serves you in the very best way possible. A QHHT session is your opportunity to ask any questions that you might have about life purpose, relationships, work, health issues, unusual experiences or any topic that is relevant to you and get guidance from someone who knows you better than anyone: your High Self!

QHHT was developed by the late Dolores Cannon, a pioneer in the field of past life regression, whose published an impressive amount of books based on her sessions.

QHHT enables people from any background, culture, religion or belief system to find the answers to their questions, and as a QHHT practitioner I hold a neutral and very high vibrational container that will enable you to explore your answers, and remember more of who you truly are.

2. How to prepare for the session

Make a list of questions that you want answered in the session. Any topic that is relevant to your life can go in there, as long as it is about and for you, and not for others! Some examples are life purpose, relationships, work, health issues, unusual experiences, etc.

Anything goes in a session with me, and if you think it is strange it is surely not! So please add everything relevant to that list. Past lives, karma with people in your life, questions about your life purpose, gifts and abilities that you are meant to use in this lifetime, retrieving abilities from other lives, UFO experiences, anything and everything that seems relevant for you, coming into the session, is a great question to ask.

If you have a lot of questions, please come with a general sense of importance. We will go through as many as we can in the session.

Please write down all of your questions, grouped on topics. Some topics could be characters in your life that you have questions about, physical issues, work-related questions, life purpose questions, etc. Please take the time to consider what is important to you coming into the session, and please write your questions down. This exercise creates an intention for the container that we are having for the session, and your involvement is very important.

Make sure you remember to bring your list of questions on the day of the session!

3. What to expect, how will the session unfold?

In a QHHT session, we will start with a chat that typically lasts about two hours. This is your opportunity to share everything that you’d like to share that you think is relevant to yourself and the session. The session is always guided by the High Self, and for this reason it is always a safe experience. However, my role in the session is to give you the very best experience that you can have and, for this, I have to know you well going into the session. I will essentially be your voice and your representation in the session, while you are having a very relaxed and beautiful experience.

We will then go over all your questions and make sure we did not miss anything.

Once we have all the information that we need, I will guide you into hypnosis, to get the answers to all your questions. The session typically takes 1.5-2 hours.

NOTE: do not expect to feel hypnotized! Expect to feel relaxed and allow your mind to explore and enjoy the experience. You do not need any previous experience with hypnosis or any other method. The session will feel like a beautiful guided meditation, where you will experience things or will have ideas, and we will record everything for you to review later on.

Here are some tips for a very successful session. All you need to do is:

  • Trust and say the very first thing that comes to mind. Allow your intuition to guide you. We will record the session, so the mind will have a chance to go over everything after we are done!

  • When I ask you to visualize something, see it in the most vivid and detailed way possible.

  • Talk, talk, talk! Remember that I cannot know what you are experiencing, so you will have to keep talking and letting me know. It is also important that you have this information recorded.

After the session, we will take some time to review how it went. We will need at least half an hour to make sure that you are fully awake and alert before leaving. QHHT sessions are typically very calming and relaxing experiences, and you will feel good and refreshed at the end.

All in all, a QHHT session takes about 6 hours on average.
