QHHT, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a beautiful and healing experience, that involves connecting with the Superconscious/High Self/Universal Wisdom to get information that serves you in the very best way possible. A QHHT session is your opportunity to ask any questions that you might have about life purpose, relationships, work, health issues, unusual experiences or any topic that is relevant to you and get guidance from someone who knows you better than anyone: your High Self!

QHHT was developed by the late Dolores Cannon, a pioneer in the field of past life regression, whose published an impressive amount of books based on her sessions.

QHHT enables people from any background, culture, religion or belief system to find the answers to their questions, and as a QHHT practitioner I hold a neutral and very high vibrational container that will enable you to explore your answers, and remember more of who you truly are.

Make a list of questions that you want answered in the session. Any topic that is relevant to your life can go in there, as long as it is about and for you, and not for others! Some examples are life purpose, relationships, work, health issues, unusual experiences, etc.

Anything goes in a session with me, and if you think it is strange it is surely not! So please add everything relevant to that list. Past lives, karma with people in your life, questions about your life purpose, gifts and abilities that you are meant to use in this lifetime, retrieving abilities from other lives, UFO experiences, anything and everything that seems relevant for you, coming into the session, is a great question to ask.

If you have a lot of questions, please come with a general sense of importance. We will go through as many as we can in the session.

Please write down all of your questions, grouped on topics. Some topics could be characters in your life that you have questions about, physical issues, work-related questions, life purpose questions, etc. Please take the time to consider what is important to you coming into the session, and please write your questions down. This exercise creates an intention for the container that we are having for the session, and your involvement is very important.

Make sure you remember to bring your list of questions on the day of the session!

In a QHHT session, we will start with a chat that typically lasts about two hours. This is your opportunity to share everything that you’d like to share that you think is relevant to you on the day that we meet. The session is always guided by the High Self, and for this reason it is always a safe experience. My role as a guide is to give you the very best experience that you can have and, for this, I have to know you well going into the hypnosis part of the session. I will essentially be your voice while you are having a very relaxed and beautiful experience.

During the interview part of the experience, we will go over all your questions and I get to know you very well.

Once we have all the information that we need, I will guide you into hypnosis, to get the answers to all your questions. The regression typically takes around 2 hours. As you tap into a different level of awareness, which is your higher self/superconscious, you will have insights and knowledge that you typically do not have access to in your every day life.

NOTE: do not expect to feel hypnotized! Expect to feel relaxed and allow your mind to explore and enjoy the experience. You do not need any previous experience with hypnosis or any other method. The session will feel like a beautiful guided meditation, where you will experience things or will have ideas, and we will record everything for you to review later on.

Here are some tips for a very successful session.

All you need to do is:

• Trust and say the very first thing that comes to mind. Allow your intuition to guide you. We will record the session, so the mind will have a chance to go over everything after we are done!

• When I ask you to visualize something, see it in the most vivid and detailed way possible.

• Talk, talk, talk! Remember that I cannot know what you are experiencing, so you will have to keep talking and letting me know. It is also important that you have this information recorded.

After the session, we will take some time to review how it went. We will need at least half an hour to make sure that you are fully awake and alert before leaving. QHHT sessions are typically very calming and relaxing experiences, and you will feel good and refreshed at the end.

All in all, a QHHT session takes about 5 hours on average.

First and foremost: the QHHT framework is a neutral framework, and will work with any beliefs that you have! You are not required to have any particular beliefs and there is nothing to be afraid of: you will be safely held in a beautiful and healing experience.

With this said, what people experience in the session is visiting the past in this life, past lives on Earth and other planets and dimensions. They might also experience themselves as humanoid or other type of beings. Whatever you are shown on the day of the session will be something that is in your highest good, and that will help you understand your life the best, as well as provide the most healing. There is nothing to worry about when it comes to what you will experience. Just know that you can trust the process, and that at the end of the session, you will feel a shift. You will feel more calm, clear, and whatever you were shown and told is exactly what you are ready for, on the day of the session, and what can help you the most.

Some clients have experienced immediate healing and they could hear out of the blue whereas they could not hear before, the depression or anxiety/guilt/shame was gone after the session. Some clients who could not get pregnant were pregnant soon after. Others got a lot of healing from the higher self on very serious health issues, and reported back significant improvements on a health and mental level. Many clients feel or see the energy recalibrating and healing.

Bottom line is this: everything is possible. I hold a very high vibrational framework and as we discuss I explain to you what hypnosis is and is not, what is normal to experience in the session, and I make sure that by the time you are in hypnosis you feel as relaxed, safe and open as possible.

It is not possible to predict what will happen in a session, as we are working at a different level of awareness. But all clients report significant changes on all levels after a session.

1. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled 5-hour session.

If you arrive up to 30 minutes late, the session can still proceed, but it may need to be shortened to stay within the scheduled timeframe.

2. No-Show / Same-Day Cancellation

A no-show is defined as:

- Not arriving within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time without communication, or

- Canceling on the same day.

No-shows result in the forfeit of the session payment (or the deposit, in rare case where I accept that).

3. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice at no additional charge.

Rescheduling in less than a week will result in the following penalties:

- Rescheduling/canceling between 7-3 days: 20% extra payment

- Rescheduling/canceling with less than 72 hours ahead: 50% penalty, since there is no chance to fill in the date at such a short notice

- No show or trying to reschedule the same day: NO REFUND

4. Why This Policy Exists

QHHT sessions are long, immersive, and energetically demanding.

A missed or shortened session affects:

- The practitioner’s prepared time and energy

- The availability for other clients

The policy allows the practitioner to hold space professionally while respecting both parties’ time.

I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If so, please contact me as soon as possible—rescheduling might be possible on a case-by-case basis.
