What is RTT®?

RTT® is an incredibly effective therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive changes.

Its personalized approach works with clients to help them reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions – many of which they have carried with them since childhood. Often, these have been so deeply buried in their subconscious that they are unaware of the past issues affecting them.

By giving the client the potential to alter the way they think and put an end to negative self-talk, they can approach life in a positive way and move forward.

The reason why RTT® is so effective is because it addresses the root cause of the beliefs that cause an issue, instead of a particular issue or circumstance. When the core belief is reframed and transformed, the positive effect is like a domino that changes not only the presenting issue that a client comes with, but everything else that was impacted by the core belief.

What kind of issues can RTT® address?

RTT® can address a large amount of concerns, in 1-3 sessions. One session can make a very big and noticeable impact, and some issues may need 2 or 3 sessions. What we do in a session is identify the core beliefs behind the issue that you want resolved, and we eliminate the blockers that are causing the issue.

No matter whether the presenting problem is blocks to fertility, weigh loss, confidence issues, addiction, what lies behind the behavior are negative core beliefs that we have about ourselves, such as “I am not enough“, “I don’t matter/I am not important”, “I am unworthy”, “I can never get what I want“ etc. When these beliefs are identified and reframed, the impact is major.

How does an RTT® session look like?

The RTT® session is scheduled for 3 hours (on Zoom) and it is comprised of:

  • A 30 minute intro discussion to identify what is the major blocker that you have in your life, that you would like removed.

  • A 2 hour hypnosis session, where I guide you into a peaceful state of relaxation, where we work together to resolve the problem. Hypnosis is very safe and very healing, and please check out more details on this page on what to expect in a hypnosis session.

  • A 30 minute follow up call 21 days after the session, to see how you are doing and what changes you have noticed.

You will receive a custom/personalized transformation recording at the end of the session, that will be about 10-15 minutes long. You will have to listen to this recording daily, for 21 days, in order for the new neural pathways that we built in the session to strengthen, and the new beliefs to become more and more familiar to you.
